Marriage contract of Nazar [Manzar?] Khanum, the daughter of Qanbar, and Ni‘mat Allah, the son of Fath Allah from the village of Fahuran. The mahr is thirty-one tumans, part of which has been given to the bride in the form of a share of inheritance, jewelry, and clothing. The remaining six tumans remains the groom's debt.

Marriage contract of Sughra Khanum, the daughter of Ustad Muhammad Rahim Allah Abadi, and Aqa Muhammad Rahim, the son of Aqa Mirza Kazim from Isfahan. The mahr includes: twelve tumans and shares of land, twenty-five tumans for building a house, seventeen tumans to buy women's outfits, twelve tumans for buying and selling, five tumans for bedding, one pair of earrings worth five tumans, and six tumans to buy copperware.

Marriage contract of Huma Sultan Baygum and Mirza Muhammad Hasan, 1888
Marriage contract of Huma Sultan Baygum, the daughter of Mirza Husayn Navvab, and Mirza Muhammad Hasan, the son of Haj Mirza ‘Ali Munshi Ansari; the mahr totaled three hundred tumans. Huma Sultan Baygum settled one hundred tumans of the mahr with her husband in exchange for one Kashmir shawl, a Qur’an, 15 misqals [one misqal=4.6875 grams] of gold, and half of a residential building.

Marriage contract of Khayr al-Nisa’ and Ramazan ‘Ali, 1863
Marriage contract of Khayr al-Nisa’, daughter of the late Karbalayi ‘Abd al-‘Ali from Haji Mahal neighborhood of Lahijan, and Ramazan ‘Ali, son of Mirza Baba Muhammad from Lahijan. The mahr is sixty-six tumans and three thousand three hundred fifty dinars to buy Baghdadi wrapping cloth, some women's clothes, a gold ring, a gold talisman, and eight gold coins. The rest of the mahr as cash. On the margin: "The bride settled with her brother, Mirza Muhammad ‘Ali, exchanging twenty tumans for a set of clothes."

Marriage contract between Zinat al-Nisaʼ Khanum with Aqa Muhammad Sadiq, 1854
Marriage contract between Zinat al-Nisaʼ Khanum, the daughter of Aqa ʻAli, and Muhammad Sadiq, the son of Mirza Husayn, on June 23, 1854. The mahr includes 30 tumans cash, a room's carpets, including a rug and a pair of felt rugs, a qalamkar bed covering, parts of some gardens and one sixth of a dyer's shop. These properties were part of the bridegroom's mother's mahr but went on to be included in the bride's mahr. On the verso there are two settlements: the first is between the bride [Zinat al-Nisaʼ Khanum] and her paternal uncle, Aqa Mirza Husayn, dated June 23, 1854, regarding some...

Marriage contract of Maʻsumah, the daughter of Mukarram, and Karbalayi Hasan, the son of Ismaʻil. The mahr is 27 tumans: two sixths of a plum garden for ten tumans, a share of water usage of [...] for four tumans, a carpet and a woolen carpet for one tuman, a set of bedding for one tuman, 6 sheep and goats for two tumans, three mans [each man equals three kilograms] of copper for one tuman, two outfits made of silk and foreign textiles for two tumans, two upper and lower houses for two tumans, and five tumans in cash.

Marriage contract of Ruqiyah, the daughter of Karbalayi ʻAli Turab, and Ustad Muhammad, the son of Ustad Hasan Karbalayi Salih. The mahr includes: five mans of copper, 10 mans of carpets, kilims, and felt, a set of bedding, two outfits to be bought, half of the price of a house to be bought, crimson gold, silver, and money which remains on groom's debt.
